    Insurance Claims Made Simple

Dealing with property damage is stressful enough without navigating complex insurance claims. Restorex has worked with every major insurance carrier and understands how to document damage, submit claims, and communicate with adjusters to help ensure you receive fair coverage for your restoration needs.

    The Insurance Claims Process

    1

    Document Everything

Take photos and videos of all damage before any cleanup begins. This documentation is critical for your claim.

    2

    Contact Your Insurance

Notify your insurance company as soon as possible. Have your policy number ready when you call.

    3

    Request Emergency Services

Call Restorex to begin emergency mitigation. Quick action prevents further damage and is often required by insurance.

    4

    Meet with Adjuster

Your insurance company will send an adjuster to assess the damage. We can be present to help explain the scope of work needed.

    5

    Review Estimate

Compare the insurance estimate with our assessment. We'll help identify any discrepancies.

    6

    Approve & Begin Work

Once the claim is approved, we begin restoration work and handle billing directly with your insurance.
